DESCRIPTION:

Baked French Fries are one of my favorite things to eat. And now, you don’t need to have an air fryer to make them crispy. You can easily make them in your oven. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. And the best part, you don’t need to use any OIL! Yes, you heard me correctly, NO OIL! These French Fries are delicious, healthy and guilt free.

INGREDIENTS:

3 large Yukon Gold Potatoes, or Red Potatoes, or Sweet Potatoes
No Salt Seasoning to taste
Smoked paprika to taste

PREPARATION:

1-Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees F
2-Wash and scrub the potatoes. There’s no need to peel the potatoes.
3-Slice the potatoes in half, then cut into wedges. Like steak fries.
4-Toss potato wedges in a bowl, with smoked paprika and no salt seasoning. Make sure the fries are well coated.
5-Spread the fries on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
6-Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until browned, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

CHEF´S NOTE:

1-You can use Yukon Gold Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, or Red Potatoes
2-Use your favorite spices.

Shayda, How would you adjust this recipe if using a Breville air fryer instead of a regular oven in terms of: temperature setting, cooking mode setting (bake or air-fry), and time? Thanks so much.
