DESCRIPTION:
Making Vegan Yogurt in the Instant Pot couldn’t be easier. All you need is two ingredients, for a cultured vegan yogurt, that’s creamy, and thick like a Greek Yogurt. Tangy, probiotic and delicious. It’s so easy that there’s no need to buy yogurt anymore, especially when you own an Instant Pot.
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet non dairy yogurt starter
1 mason jar
Unsweetened plain non dairy soy milk
PREPARATION:
1-Fill your Instant Pot with 12 cups of water (here I’m using an 8qt instant pot)
2-Pour the soy milk into the mason jar. Once you have filled the mason jar halfway, add the yogurt starter and whisk into the milk. Continue to whisk and add the milk until you reach the top of the mason jar.
3-Do NOT add the lid to the mason jar.
4-Place the mason jar in the Instant Pot that’s filled with water.
5-Place the Instant Pot lid and close.
6-Hit the yogurt button.
7-Set the timer for 12 hours.
8-Then let the Instant Pot do its magic.
9-Once it’s done, open the lid, take the mason jar out and let it rest on the counter for a few hours until it has cooled down. Once it’s ready, you can place the mason jar lid and keep it in the refrigerator. Enjoy
