Quick & Easy Pico De Gallo

If you’re a fan of Pico De Gallo, then this Pico de Gallo is for you! It’s filled with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice.


6-7 Roma Tomatoes
1/2-1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (or more to taste)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice and zest
1/4 teaspoon ground jalapeño pepper
1 small red onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin powder


1- Chop your tomatoes, onions, cilantro finely and place in a medium bowl.
2- Next add all your spices, and stir to combine.
3- To this mixture add the lime juice and zest and stir to combine everything.
4- For best flavor, let the mixture marinate for 15 minutes or a few hours in the refrigerator. Serve with baked tortilla chips or with your favorite dish.
