DESCRIPTION:
This Green Goddess Sauce is a creamy, tangy, spicy and loaded with fresh herbal flavor. This sauce is extremely versatile, and it’s slightly thick. You can serve it as dip with your favorite veggies or use it in your tacos, burritos, etc.
INGREDIENTS:
1 med Haas Avocado
4 Limes, zest & juice
3 Garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups of water (or more to thin out)
1 Teaspoon dried citrus pepper
1-14.5oz. can cannelloni beans
1 cup cilantro, chopped
PREPARATION:
1-Put everything, except the cilantro, in a high speed blender. Blend until you get a creamy consistency.
2- At this point, you can decide if you want to add more water to thin it out.
3-Next add the chopped cilantro and blend. You want to see some pieces of the cilantro in your sauce.
CHEF’S NOTE:
For a slightly different variation try adding half parsley, half cilantro and adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried jalapeño pepper or a fresh jalapeño.

Yes, you can definitely use on your salad
This looks delicious. What is dried citrus pepper? I’m not familiar & wouldn’t know where to find it
You can find citrus pepper online from Savory Spice. Here is the link

Looks awesome!!! Thank you–do you have to use it all in one day? I am wondering if you store it how you keep it from turning brown with the avocado in it.
thank you!!
