This is one of my favorite hummus that I make. I serve this hummus with fresh vegetable slices as a healthy snack. This hummus has a pronounced sesame and garlic flavor. I absolutely love it and I also use this to make a delicious salad dressing. This creamy hummus has become a family favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of cooked garbanzo beans or 2-15oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
Juice & zest of one lemon
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
5-7 roasted garlic cloves, or more to taste
1 Tbsp chickpea miso
1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid from the can of the garbanzo beans)
Extra water & lemon juice to make it creamy
PREPARATION:
1-Put everything in the food processor fitted with a “S” blade and process until creamy and smooth, with adding water or lemon juice, a little at a time.
2-Process for 3-5 minutes in the food processor to make it really creamy.
