DESCRIPTION:

This delicious Açaí Bowl recipe is filled with Açaí berry purée, your favorite fruits and yummy toppings. It’s easy to make and can be ready in minutes. With the warm weather right now, it’s the best time to enjoy this powerhouse of fiber, antioxidants anytime you want for a fraction of the cost. And you can customize it to your liking. It’s the ultimate superfood, smoothie bowl, and will soon become your go to snack. It’s delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

2 packets semi frozen Sambazon açaí purée, Unsweetened
4-5 ripe frozen bananas
1 cup pure coconut water, fruit juice or water
1 cup semi frozen mango
1 cup semi frozen blueberries
1 cup semi frozen raspberries

TOPPINGS:

Fresh Strawberries
Bananas
Fresh blueberries
Gooseberries
Shredded coconut, unsweetened
Granola
Dried Mulberries
Cacao Nibs

PREPARATION:

1-Add the Açaí, bananas, coconut water, frozen mango, frozen blueberries and frozen raspberries to a high speed blender.
2-Purée until smooth.
3-Divide the mixture among several bowls and top with your favorite toppings. Best enjoyed immediately.

CHEF´S NOTE:

You can make these ahead of time and place in freezer safe containers and freeze for a few months.
