If you’re looking for a delectable treat that’s not only delicious but also packed with nutrient s, then this Sweet Potato Chocolate Mousse is the recipe for you, This recipe is indulgent yet guilt free. Made with sweet potatoes and infused with rich cacao, oranges and natural sweeteners that’s both decadent and health conscious.


3 Cups baked Hannah Sweet Potato, (about 4-5 depending on size)
1/2 Cup organic cacao powder
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla powder
3 Tablespoons orange/chocolate balsamic vinegar OR 3 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
Zest of 1 large orange
2 Teaspoons organic date syrup
2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/2 Cup non-dairy plant milk


1-Preheat oven at 400 degrees F
2-Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven for approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
3-Once the sweet potatoes have baked, remove the skin, and measure out 3 cups. Let the potatoes completely cool.
4-Place the sweet potatoes in the food processor fitted with an “S” blade.
5-Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until it’s well combined and creamy.
6-Once done, place in a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. It’s best to make this dessert the day before. Enjoy
