DESCRIPTION:

Here I’m sharing with you five mouthwatering variations of vegan overnight oats that are sure to satisfy your taste buds and keep you fueled for the day ahead. Packed with nutrients, fiber and plant based protein, making them a perfect choice for anyone.

INGREDIENTS:

Mixed Berry Oats
1 cup of old fashioned gluten free oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1-2 tablespoons cacao nibs (optional)
Zest of one lemon
1 cup mixed berries

Zesty Blueberry Oats
1 cup of old fashioned gluten free oats
1 cup plant milk
1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
Zest of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Apple Pie Oats
1 cup of old fashioned gluten free oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon apple pie spice or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 cup grated apples

Chocolate Cherry Oats
1 cup of old fashioned gluten free oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 cup cherries, fresh or frozen

Mango Cherry Oats
1 cup of old fashioned gluten free oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup cherries, fresh or frozen

PREPARATION:

1-Add all ingredients into a sealable mason jar, give it a stir until combined.
2-Let it soak in the fridge for at least a few hours or overnight. Letting it sit overnight will yield a creamier consistency.
3-Top with more fresh fruit or other toppings.
