DESCRIPTION:
These fresh spring rolls are absolutely delicious, healthy, refreshing and easy to make. They are gluten free and can be made in just minutes. These spring rolls are fresh and packed with lots of delicious veggies, fruits and forbidden rice. The ingredients are flexible, so go ahead and have fun mixing it up with ingredients that you like. Below you will see my favorite filling combinations.
INGREDIENTS:
*Brown Rice Paper
*Cooked Forbidden rice or quinoa, brown rice or millet
*Red Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
*Red Cabbage, sliced into strips
*Micro Greens
*Toasted sesame seeds
*Zucchini, sliced into thin strips
*Cucumbers, sliced into thin strips
*Yellow bell peppers
*Avocado, sliced
*Carrots, sliced into thin strips
*Fresh mango, sliced
PREPARATION:
1-Get a large bowl, not too deep and fill it with some luke warm water. You don’t want it too hot. This bowl needs to be large enough to dip the rice paper into.
2-Make sure your prepared fillings are within reach.
3-Place one rice paper in the water and let it rest for about 20 seconds, give or take. You’ll learn to go by feel here, wait until the sheet is pliable but not super floppy. Carefully place it on your cutting board.
4-Start placing your ingredients in the upper portion of the rice paper making sure to leave about a 1 inch of open rice paper around the edges. ( See my YouTube video for full visual instructions)
5-Roll the filling like you would a burrito. Making sure not to tear the rice paper. Try to keep the filling as compact as possible.

I think that your recipe is incomplete because you left off the cooking instructions to air fry the rolls.
These rolls that I made are fresh spring rolls. They are not meant to be air fried.
