If you’re a fan of Dijon Mustard, then this oil free and nut free dressing is for you. It’s easy to make and works virtually on any salad, steamed veggies or on baked potatoes.
1/2 cup salt free cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
4 tablespoons unfortified nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon low sodium miso (optional)
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon date syrup
1/2 cup rice vinegar, salt, sodium & sugar free
1/4 cup water
1-Place everything in a high speed blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate once blended.
