INGREDIENTS:
2-15oz can salt free garbanzo bean, rinsed & drained
2 lemons, juice & zest
1/2 cup salt free cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin, or more to taste
Water for thinning out or use lemon juice
Smoked paprika to taste
PREPARATION:
1-Place everything, except the smoked paprika in a food processor and process until smooth. Depending on the desired texture, you can add water or lemon juice to thin it out.
DIFFERENT VARIATIONS:
*Add roasted garlic
*Add roasted eggplant
*Add chipotle powder
*Add roasted bell peppers
The variations are endless, make it to your taste. There’s no right or wrong.
