1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
2-3 large lime, juice & zest (or more to taste)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried jalapeño or 1 fresh jalapeño, chopped
1/2 teaspoon citrus pepper
1 avocado, chopped (optional)

1-Put the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro in a medium bowl.
2-Toss with lime juice, zest and seasoning.
3-Season to taste and stir again.
4-For best flavor, let the salsa rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or longer. Add the avocado right before serving.

Feel free to substitute mango with peaches or pineapple. It’s absolutely delicious. You can find citrus pepper online, from Savory Spice.
