DESCRIPTION:
This creamy ranch dressing is not only delicious but also dairy-free and oil-free. If you’re looking for a guilt-free way to enjoy the classic flavors of ranch, you’re in for a treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 30 minutes with hot water then discard the water)
1 1/2 cups plant milk
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon low sodium miso (optional)
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon onion powder
1 Teaspoon dried dill
2 Teaspoon dried parsley
pinch of black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon mustard powder
PREPARATION:
Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Place in a jar and refrigerate. It will thicken a little bit. Enjoy
