INGREDIENTS:
3 Large Fresh bananas, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup raw peanut butter or any nut butter you like
1/2 cup vegan, sugar free chocolate chip for melting
PREPARATION:
1-Peel the bananas and slice them 1/4 inch thick and place them on a parchment paper.
2-Spread a thin layer of nut butter on top of the bananas, then put another layer of banana on top of the nut butter. Your making a sandwich.
3-Once your done, put in the freezer for a few hours.
4-In the meantime, melt the chocolate over a double boiler on low, until all the chocolate has melted.
5-Take the frozen banana bites out of the freezer, and dip half of it in the melted chocolate.
6-Once everything is done, put back on the parchment paper, and put back in the freezer. Enjoy.

Is butter/oil allowed in this diet?I thought it was suppoused to be vegan Oil/Butter free….
No, with this diet, oil and butter are not allowed. Some people may use vegan butter, but I don’t recommend it nor do I use it.
