Nut Free Cilantro Lime Sauce

DESCRIPTION:

Fresh and tangy Cilantro Lime sauce is a healthy and tasty alternative to using avocado. This recipe couldn’t be easier. It’s nut-free, low calorie and it’s made with beans. I love this recipe because it feels rich and creamy without a whole lot of calories, nuts or dairy. I love to spoon it over tacos, enchiladas or even baked potatoes. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

INGREDIENTS:

1-15oz. can cannellini beans
1 garlic clove
1/2-1 cup chopped cilantro
1/2-1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper
2-3 Tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed

PREPARATION:

1-Put everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings.
