DESCRIPTION:
Lots of times for breakfast, I eat a lot of steamed vegetables. It’s a great way to start my day.
INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen bag of rainbow cauliflower chunks
PREPARATION:
Place frozen cauliflower in micro cooker and steam for seven minutes. Enjoy plain or with your favorite balsamic vinegar.

If I make it in my pampered chef micro cooker, then no, I don’t add any water.
I have been eating vegetables for breakfast since watching your interview with Chef AJ. It is a mix of kale, green cabbage and shaved brussel sprouts. I was surprised when I checked the calories per pound of these veggies. Is this something to be concerned about?
No, there’s absolutely nothing to worry about since you are eating really low calorie dense foods.
