DESCRIPTION:

Lots of times for breakfast, I eat a lot of steamed vegetables.  It’s a great way to start my day.

INGREDIENTS:

1 frozen bag of rainbow cauliflower chunks

PREPARATION:

Place frozen cauliflower in micro cooker and steam for seven minutes. Enjoy plain or with your favorite balsamic vinegar.

  1. I have been eating vegetables for breakfast since watching your interview with Chef AJ. It is a mix of kale, green cabbage and shaved brussel sprouts. I was surprised when I checked the calories per pound of these veggies. Is this something to be concerned about?
