DESCRIPTION:
John Pierre asked me to create a high protein balls that not only seniors would enjoy, but also athletes and children. These Snickerdoodle balls pack in healthy ingredients such as chickpeas, almond butter, flax, green powder, cinnamon and protein powder just to name a few. It’s better than any store bought protein bar!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups gluten free rolled oats
1-15oz. can salt free chickpea, drained & rinsed
10-12 medjool dates, pits removed
1/3 cup fresh almond butter, salt free
2 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon vanilla powder
1 Tablespoonb ground flaxseed
1/4 cup Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
2 Teaspoon Vitamineral Green Powder
1-2 Tablespoons water
PREPARATION:
1-Mix everything in a food processor fitted with an “S” blood until it starts to form a ball.
2-Using a melon ball scooper, start forming smalls.
3-Keep in your refrigerator.
