DESCRIPTION:
This quick and easy lentil soup is packed with flavor and minimal ingredients. It’s warming, comforting, simple and delicious. Best part, it comes together in no time at all.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups dried lentils
6 cups of low sodium broth or water
1 Tablespoon salt free seasoning or Bensons Table Tasty Salt Free Seasoning
2 Tablespoons ground cumin
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon onion powder
1/4-1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Cayenne pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
1-Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir until everything is combined.
2-Pressure cook for 12 minutes and close the valve.
3-Once the timer goes off let the pressure come down naturally.
4-Carefully remove lid, give a stir and enjoy
