DESCRIPTION:
This vegan mayo is great for sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip. It’s free from oil and nuts, making it suitable for a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions. Super easy easy to make!
INGREDIENTS:
1 (10.8 oz.) box silken tofu, extra firm
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon chickpea miso
1 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 Teaspoon maple syrup
PREPARATION:
1-Place everything in a high speed blender and blend everything until smooth and creamy.
2-Taste the mayo and adjust the seasonings as needed.
3-Transfer the mayo to a clean, airtight container and refrigerate it. The mayo will thicken slightly as it chills. Let it chill for at least a few hours.
