INGREDIENTS:
2 cups garbanzo beans
1 can cannellini beans
1/3 cup aquafaba
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tsp cumin (or to taste)
1/4 tsp roasted coriander
1/2 cup of lemon juice (or to taste)
4 small roasted beets
PREPARATION:
1-Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor for a minimum of 3 minutes. After 3 minutes taste and adjust flavoring if needed.
